Letters are sent out on the 1st business day of each month. U.S. members will receive it within 3-8 days of sending, and international members will receive the letter within 2-6 weeks! 

Please note: Our list of subscribers is finalized on the 15th of each month for the next batch of letters. So if you subscribe after the 15th, don't worry! You will receive the following month's letter. Thank you for your understanding!

We send all our letters through USPS using stamps, so there is no tracking -- even though Shop will try to say that you can track it. It will be a nice little surprise in your mailbox!

If your letter doesn’t arrive, email us at support@thelittleepistle.com and we’ll make it right, either by resending your letter or refunding you for the month.

Sometimes letters will bounce back to us. We usually wait until the end of the month to allow time for any returns, then resend them to you. We’ll also contact USPS on your behalf if a letter goes missing. And if all else fails, you’ll receive a refund for that month.

Please note: If you sign up before the 15th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s letter. If you sign up after the 15th, your first letter will arrive the following month.

Yes, we send our letters to most countries globally, except those on the U.S. sanctions or USPS restricted list. Select the International Subscription and fill out the information correctly. Please plan on receiving your letter within 2-6 weeks if you live outside the United States.

Yes! You can gift a mail club subscription. Just use their information (name & address) at checkout.

You will need to select the U.S. Subscription option, and then fill in their information (name & address) at checkout. This will ensure we have the information we need to send their letter to them!

Note: Please put in their Mission Office address. If you try to send them a letter to their direct living address, there is no guarantee they will receive their letter before being transferred to a different area. Our system would also need an updated address each time they moved. Most missions ask to receive mail/packages for missionaries at the Mission Office for this reason, and then they distribute the mail to the missionaries. Thank you for understanding!
